If you guys are anything like me than you are totally obsessed with pumpkin related anything at this time of year (yes I am that basic bitch in front of you at Starbucks ordering a trenti pumpkin spice latte). Anyways, the point I am trying to make is that when it comes fall I take my pumpkin treats seriously and no meal is safe, that is why I brought pumpkin to the breakfast table and made these pumpkin cinnamon rolls. They turned out absolutely perfect and they were the perfect treat for a Sunday brunch in autumn. I would highly recommend making the dough ahead of time (like the evening before) since waiting for the yeast to rise does take a bit of time and I can’t wait that long to eat in the morning!
